Justin McCormack practices in the areas of medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injuries, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, toxic torts, and wrongful death. Mr. McCormack spends an overwhelming majority of his practice protecting the rights of individuals and their families who have been injured due to negligence.

Mr. McCormack received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law in 2006, where he was a member of both the trial team and moot court team. While in law school, Mr. McCormack devoted his services to the Legal Aid Society of Suffolk County, New York, and the Office of the Public Defender of the Eighth Judicial Circuit, in Gainesville, Florida, representing individuals who could not afford legal services. Mr. McCormack received his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business in 2003. Born in New York City and raised in South Florida, Mr. McCormack also speaks conversational Italian.

Mr. McCormack is a member of the Florida Bar, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Florida Justice Association.
